1．石资源采掘和石材加工；

2．国道、旅游专线沿线加油站项目；

3．煤、铁等矿产资源的开采、加工；

4．国家产业政策中限制类项目。

1.       Stone resource excavating and stone material processing;

2.       Gas stations along national highways and special tourist lines;

3.       Mining and processing of mineral resources such as coal and iron;

4.       Programs limited in the national industrial policy.

禁止发展的项目

1．资源利用率低、耗能高、污染大的项目；

2．国家产业政策中禁止类项目；

3．石林风景名胜区保护区范围内、主要公路及九石阿旅游专线沿线可视范围内挖砂采石、采矿；

4．国家明令禁止的小炼铁、小黄磷、小炼焦、小炼锌、小造纸、小水泥等工业项目。

Programs prohibited

1.       Programs with low resource utilization rate, high energy consumption and pollution;

2.       Programs prohibited in the national industrial policy;

3.       Sand and stone excavating and mining within the conserved area of Shilin Scenic Area, within the visible scope along major highways andJiu-Shi-A Special Tourism Route;

4.       Small-scaled iron smelting, phosphor, coke melting, zinc melting, paper making and cement programs expressly prohibited by the government.
