●简介

云南昆明石林台湾农民创业园设立于2008年12月17日，是经农业部、国台办批准设立的第11个台湾农民创业园，是云南省唯一的1个台湾农民创业园，是昆明市继高新区、经开区、滇池旅游度假区之后成立的第四个国家级园区。

● Introduction

Established on December 17, 2008,YunnanKunmingShilinTaiwanFarmersInnovationParkis the 11^th Taiwanfarmers innovation park approved by the Ministry of Agriculture and Taiwan Affairs Office of the State Council PRC as well as the onlyTaiwanfarmers innovation park inYunnanProvince. It is the fourthnational parkofKunmingfollowing the High-New Technology Development Zone, Economic Development Zone and Dianchi Tourism and Vacationing Area.

●区位

位于石林县石林镇，地处南昆铁路、324国道与九石阿旅游专线夹角地带，距世界著名的石林风景区仅5公里，距云南省会昆明78公里。区域内拥有机场、铁路、和便捷的公路交通网络，区位优势十分明显。

● Location

It is located inShilinTown,ShilinCountywithin the inclination area of Nan-Kun Railway,No. 324 National HighwayandJiu-Shi-A Special Tourism Route, only5kmaway from the worldwide well known Forest Stone Scenic Area and78kmaway fromKunming, the capital city ofYunnanProvince. It has airport, railway and convenient highway traffic network with significant location advantage.

●规划布局

创业园总面积20万亩，规划面积5.4万亩。按照“园中园”、“区中园”的发展模式，辐射全县7个乡镇。园区借势整合乃古石林景区，依托石林旅游资源、阿诗玛文化、交通区位三大优势，通过引进台湾和国内外先进农业经营理念、先进设备技术、资金和人才，构建现代农业研究示范平台、农业科技创业平台、农业技术展示平台、农业旅游服务平台，着力打造核心区现代农业产业园、休闲观光农业示范区和辐射区花卉产业园、蔬菜产业园、优质特色水果产业园等产业基地。

● Planning layout

The innovation park covers the total area of 200,000mu with the planning area of 54,000mu. Based on the development mode of “park in park” and “park in zone”, it will radiate seven towns of the entire county. With the opportunity of Naigu Forest Stone Scenic Area integration, relying on the advantages in Forest Stone tourist resources, Ashima culture and traffic location, the Park is to construct the modern agriculture research and demonstration platform, agricultural technology innovation platform, agricultural technology demonstration platform and agricultural tourism service platform through introducing advanced agriculture operating ideas, advanced equipment and technology, capital and talents from Taiwan and other places of China. It is to develop such industrial bases as modern agricultural industrial park, recreational sightseeing agriculture demonstration area in the core area as well as flower industrial park, vegetable industrial park and high quality and special fruit industrial park in the radiating area.

●开发建设情况

● Development and construction

为强势推进园区开发建设，2009年3月8日成立园区管委会，6月16日全面启动水、电、路等基础设施建设。通过两年的努力，目前已提前完成园区基础设施建设“两年突破”的目标任务。

To promote the development and construction of the park vigorously, the Park Administration Committee was established on March 8, 2009 and the infrastructure construction was started on June 16 for water, electricity and road. Through two years’ efforts, the targeted task of “breaking through in two years” for infrastructure construction in the park has been completed ahead of schedule.

1．园区管理服务机构建立健全。凡入园企业，从签约投资到建厂施工，到投厂运营，园区管委会都将提供一站式、全方位、全过程指定专人跟踪服务。

1. Park administration and service organization has been constructed and completed. For all the enterprises to be settled in the park, the Park Administration Committee will provide one-station overall whole-course follow up service from contract signature for investment, plant construction and operation.

2．园区交通道路工程配套完善。完成核心区14.8KM道路硬化及规划区交通路网建设。

2. Traffic road project in the part has been completed. It ha completed road hardening of14.8kmin the core area and traffic road network construction in the planning area.

3．园区水利工程设施配套完善。园区内有团结水库（库容810万立方米）、海子水库（库容163万立方米）、地下水库（库容635万立方米，在建），园区水资源充足丰沛。园区供水管网已全面覆盖。

3. Water conservancy projects and facilities in the park have been completed. With abundant water resources, the park has Tuanjie Reservoir (with the capacity of 8.10 million m³), Haizi Reservoir (with the capacity of 1.63 million m³) and underground reservoir (with the capacity of 6.35 million m³). The water supply pipeline network has covered the entire park.

4．园区电力、通信网络全区覆盖。园区内有110KV变电站一座，高压电网已全区覆盖；完善的通信光缆设施可满足电话、传真、宽带上网、有线电视等需求。

4. Power and communications network has covered the entire park. The park has one 110kV transformer substation, with high voltage power grid having covered the entire park. The complete communications optical fiber cable facilities can satisfy the demand for telephone, fax, broadband network and cable TV.

5．园区土地资源丰富。台创园总面积20万亩，规划面积5.4万亩，目前已完成土地流转16000亩，可满足企业供地需求。其余用地根据项目需要及时进行流转。

5. The park has rich land resources. Taiwan Farmers Innovation park covers a total area of 200,000mu with the planning area of 540,000mu. Presently land turnover of 16,000mu has been completed which can meet the requirement of enterprises for land supply. Turnover of land for other purposes will be conducted in time based on the requirement.
