农业发展概况

石林县主产水稻、玉米、烤烟、畜产品、果品等，是全国奶山羊基地县，全国烤烟基地县。可耕地86万亩，乡村人口20.98万人，乡村劳动力14.33万人，人均占有耕地4.1亩，为发展种植业、养殖业、农产品加工提供了有利条件。

全年粮食作物播种面积47.88万亩，总产1.24亿千克。

羊存栏18.35万只，出栏9.49万只；生猪存栏18万头， 出栏23.54万头；牛存栏5.17万头 ，出栏1.11万头；家禽存栏383万羽，出栏1008.56万羽；鲜奶产量1.48万吨；禽蛋产量2294.4吨。

多年生木本水果总面积5.05万亩，产量3287.3万千克。

蔬菜总面积7.87万亩，总产量15.15万吨。

花卉种植总面积9019.5亩，其中鲜切花种植面积3543亩，产量5061.9万枝。

Agricultural Development

With the major products including paddy, corn, flue-cured tobacco, animal by-products and fruits,ShilinCountyis the national milk goat base county and national flue-cured tobacco base county. With the cultivable land of 860,000mu, the rural population of 209,800, the rural labor forces of 143,300 and the per capita cultivable land of 4.1mu, it has favorable conditions for the development of crop production, livestock breeding industry and agricultural product processing.

The yearly sowing area of the grain crops is 478,800mu with the total output of 124 million kg.

The county has 183,500 sheep in stock and 94,900 marketable; 180,000 pigs in stock and 235,400 marketable; 51,700 cattle in stock and 11,100 marketable; and 3,830,000 poultries in stock and 10,085,600 marketable; the fresh milk output of the county is 14,800 tons and the egg output is 22,944,000 tons.

Perennial arbor orchards cover 50,500mu with the output of32,873,000kg.

The gross planting area of vegetables is 78,700 mu with the total output of 151,500 tons.

The planting area of flowers is 9,019.5 mu including 3,543 mu of fresh cut flowers, with the output of 50,619,000 pcs.

工业发展概况

2010年全县工业总产值实现33.66亿元，同比增29.15%；工业增加值7.36亿元，同比增20.6%；规模以上工业增加值5.02亿元，同比增20.2%；主营业务收入实现13.8亿元，同比增30.7%，利税总额1.4亿元，同比增31.3%；全县工业固定资产投资达到10.87亿元。现有规模以上工业企业34户。昆明石林166兆瓦大型太阳能光伏并网发电试验示范项目、石林温氏养殖一体化等一批重点工业项目落户开工，有力促进了全县工业的加速发展。

Industrial Development

In 2010, the gross industrial output value of the entire county was RMB 3.366 billion, with a year-on-year increase of 29.15%; the industrial added value was RMB 736 million with a year-on-year increase of 20.6%; the added value of large-scale industry was RMB 502 million, with a year-on-year increase of 20.2%; the income from main businesses was RMB 1.38 billion, with a year-on-year increase of 30.7%, and the total profit payments and tax turnover was RMB 140 million, with a year-on-year increase of 31.3%; the investment for fixed assets in the county amounted to RMB 1.087 billion. Now the county has 34 large-scale industrial enterprises. Kunming Shilin 166MW solar energy photovoltaic grid-combined test demonstration power generation project, Shilin Wen’s Cultivation Integration and other key industrial projects are settled down in Shilin, which has vigorously promoted the industrial development of the county.

旅游业发展概况

石林旅游经济对地方财政贡献率达35%以上，成为了石林县最重要的支柱产业。石林旅游的发展为云南的旅游发展作出了积极的贡献，“阿诗玛”被确定为云南旅游的标志。2010年石林景区接待游客275万人次，直接收入实现4.2亿元，实现综合收入20亿元。

Tourism Development

As the most important pillar industry ofShilinCounty, the tourism economy of Shilin contributes to more than 35% of the local finance. Moreover, the development of tourism in Shilin has made contribution to the tourism development ofYunnanProvince. “Ashima” is established as the symbol ofYunnantourism. In 2010, the Stone Forest Scenic Area received 2.75 million tourists · times, realizing the direct income of RMB 420 million and the comprehensive income of RMB 2.0 billion.

生态环境

石林县林业用地面积117.72万亩，占全县国土面积的46.65%。森林覆盖率42%，县城已建成各类公园13个，建成区绿化覆盖率达45.5%，城市绿地率40.51%，人均公共绿化面积达19.32平方米。环境质量达国家二级标准，生态环境优良。

Ecological Environment

The forest land ofShilinCountycovers 1,177,200mu, accounting for 46.65% of the land area of the county. The forest coverage rate is 42%, with 13 parks constructed in the county town. The afforestation coverage of the constructed area reaches 45.5%, the urban green space rate reaches 40.51% and the per capita afforestation area is19.32m². The environment quality has reached national level two by the national standard and the ecological environment is favorable.

社会事业

加大各类教育基础设施建设投资力度，办学条件显著改善。县城区有幼儿园5所小学4所，初中3所，普高2所，职高2所，布局合理，就学便利。2008年，被云南省人民政府正式认定为云南省教育先进县。

石林县共有各级各类医疗卫生机构161个，其中：县级医疗卫生机构5个，乡镇卫生院7个，社区卫生服务中心2个，村级卫生室92个，民营医院2个，个体诊所53个。

石林县劳动力情况：石林县有劳动适龄人员115500人，其中有就业愿望108700人，目前已就业23748人。

Social Undertakings

With the construction of various kinds of educational infrastructure strengthened, the school conditions are significantly improved. Now the county town has five kindergartens, four primary schools, three junior middle schools, two senior middle schools and two vocational middle schools, with reasonable arrangement and convenient for students. In 2008 it was recognized byYunnanProvincepeople’s government as advanced county in education ofYunnanProvince.

Shilin County has 161 medical and health institutions of various levels and types, including five county medical and health institutions, seven town health hospitals, community health service centers, 92 village health centers, two private hospitals and 53 private clinics.

Labor force ofShilinCounty:ShilinCountyhas the labor force at suitable age of 115,500, of which 108,700 people have the desire for work with 23,748 employed.
