航空

昆明国际机场距石林县78公里，是全国六大航空港之一，开辟有国际及地区航线200余条，通往曼谷、清迈、河内、胡志明市、仰光、曼德勒、万象、新加坡、吉隆坡、大阪、香港等国家和地区以及国内主要城市。在建的昆明新机场是继北京、上海、广州之后全国第四个门户枢纽机场。

铁路

南（宁）昆（明）铁路石林境内全长48公里，设有一个主货运站和一个主客运站，主客运站距昆明城区78公里，距石林县城14公里，距石林景区4公里。主货运站距昆明75公里，距石林县城17公里。云桂高铁已开工建设。

Railways

Nanning-Kunming Railway in Shilin section is48kmlong and set with one major cargo terminal and one passenger terminal, of which the passenger terminal is78kmaway from urban area ofKunming,14kmfrom Shilin urban area and4kmfrom Stone Forest Scenic Spot. The major cargo terminal is75kmaway fromKunmingand17kmaway from Shilin County Seat. The construction of Yun-Gui Express Railway has been started.

公路

昆（明）石（林）高速公路，昆（明）河（口）、曲（靖）石（林）、江（底）石（林）高等级公路交汇于石林，国道324、326线，九（乡）石（林）阿（庐古洞）旅游专线过境石林，石（林）蒙（自）高速公路将于2011年底建成通车。全县六镇一乡均通油路，72.9%的社区、行政村实现了道路硬化，道路纵横，贯穿石林全境，形成了与现代化城市相匹配，四通八达的交通网络。

Highway

The intersections of Kunming-Shilin Expressway, Kunming-Hekou, Qujing-Shilin, and Jiangdi-Shilin Highways are in Shilin. National Highway 324 and 326, andJiuxiang-Shilin-AluAncientCavetour line pass through Shilin and Shilin-Mengzi Expressway is under construction. Six towns and one township in the county have pavements and 72.9% areas out of 92 administrative villages and four communities realize hardened roads. The roads run through the entire territory ofShilinCounty, therefore shaping the traffic network extending in all directions to make a modern city.

交通运输

全县共有运输企业2个，客运车辆419辆，开通公交车线路75条，省外线路39条，国外线路1条。货运车辆205辆。

Transportation

The county has altogether two transportation enterprises and 419 buses, and opens 75 bus lines, 39 interprovincial lines and one line towards the foreign country.

供电

现有110KV变电站2座、35千伏变电站6座，小水电站5座，大型太阳能光伏发电站2座。35千伏线路9条165.75千米，10千伏线路54条1200千米，供电范围覆盖全县各乡镇及自然村。2010年供电量2.28亿千瓦时，售电量2.22亿千瓦时，最高日供电量93.23万千瓦时，最大负荷5.8万千瓦。

Power supply

Now the county has two 110KV transformer substations, six 35kV transformer substations, five small hydropower stations and two large-scaled solar power stations. With nine 35kV lines with the total length of165.75kmand 54 10kV lines with the total length of1,200km, the power supply covers all townships and natural villages in the county. In 2010, the power supply volume was 228 million kWh, the sales volume of electricity was 222 million kWh, the maximum daily power supply was 932,300kWh, and the maximum load was 58,000 kW.

供水

石林县水资源总量7.44亿m³（地表水资源3.5亿m³，地下水资源3.94亿m³）中，已开发利用水资源量为1.04亿m³，人均占有地表水资源为1641.66m³，占水资源总量的14%。截止2010年底，石林县建成各类水库233座，总库容10491万m³，有效灌溉面积28万亩。石林县自来水厂供水范围为石林县城、石林景区及县城周围乡镇，年供水量达768万m³，新建了石林维则供水复线工程解决了东部圭山镇、长湖镇片区的生产生活用水，完工的小黑龙潭供水工程改善了板桥集镇的供水质量，目前石林县城乡饮水安全保证率已达82.4%,县城及周边达100%。

Water Supply

The total volume of water resources of Shilin County is 744 million m³ (350 million m³ of surface water resources and 394 million m³ of ground water resources) with 104 million m³ exploited, with the per capita surface water occupation of1,641.66m³, which accounts for 14% of the total volume of water resources. As of the end of 2010,ShilinCountyhas constructed 233 reservoirs of different types with the total capacity of 104.91 million m³ and the effective irrigation area of 280,000mu. The water supply of Shilin County Water Supply Plant covers Shilin County Town, Forest Stone Scenic Area and towns around the county town, with the annual water supply volume of7,680,000m³. The construction of Shilin Weize Water Supply Multi-Line has solved the domestic water issue ofGuishanTownandChanghuTownin the east. The completed Xiaoheilongtan Water Supply Project has improved the water supply quality ofBanqiaojiTown. Presently the urban and rural drinking water security rate has reached 82.4%, and 100% in the county town and surrounding areas.

供气

石油液化气：全县范围内共有一个充装站，液化气经营门市13家，日换气量100余瓶（约1.5吨/日)。

天然气：低温液体储罐两个，储配量达6万立方米气态天然气，供气量3千立方米/小时，覆盖县城建成区的80%。 

Gas Supply

Liquefied Petroleum Gas: only one filling station is available in the entire county, and there are 13 LPG operating shops, which fill more than 100 LPG bottles (about 1.5t/day).

Natural gas: there are two cryogenic liquid storage tanks with the storage capacity60,000m3natural gas, and the gas supply is2,000m3/h.

污水处理

石林县已完成了污水处理厂（一期）建设并投入运行，完成配套管网建设28.5千米。目前一期建设规模为日处理污水1万立方米，二期工程建设完成后，日处理污水规模达到2万立方米。

Sewage Treatment

Shilin County has finished the construction of Sewage Treatment Plant (stage one) which has been put into service, and the auxiliary pipeline is28.5km. Currently the stage one construction scale is daily sewage treatment volume10,000m3, and it will rise to20,000m3after the stage two construction is ended.

宽带网络覆盖全县，网络容量计40000线，网络业务容量满足3年业务发展需求。

电信IPTV网络电视业务，覆盖全县88个行政村所在地。

Telecommunications

Fixed telephone network has covered the entire county with the network capacity of 70,000 lines and the network business capacity satisfying the demand for five years’ business development.

Telecom CDMA network has covered the entire county with the network capacity of 110,000 lines and the network business capacity satisfying the demand for three years’ business development.

Telecom3Gnetwork has covered the entire county which may provide3Gwireless network access.

Broadband network has covered the entire county with the network capacity of 40,000 lines and the network business capacity satisfying the demand for three years’ business development.

Tlecom IPTV network has covered the location of 88 administrative villages of the entire town.
