备注：

医疗保险：职工个人工资收入超过上年度昆明地区职工平均工资300%以上的，以上年度昆明地区职工平均工资300%作为缴费基数，低于60%的以60%作为缴费基数。

工伤保险缴费分类标准：一类为银行、证券、保险、其他金融业，居民服务业，其他服务业务，租赁业务，商务服务业务，住宿业务，餐饮业，批发业，零售业务，仓储业，卫生、社会保障业，社会福利业，文化艺术业，城市公共交通等行业；二类房地产业，体育、娱乐业，农副食品加工业，食品制造业，化学纤维制造业，医药制造业，电气机械及器械制造业，专用设备制造业，农、林牧、渔服务业，非金属矿物制品业，金属制品业，电力、热力的生产和供应业等行业；三类为炼焦及核燃料加工业，化学原料及化学制品制造业，黑色金属冶炼及压延加工业，有色金属矿才选业，非金属矿采选业，煤矿开采和洗选业，其他采矿业。

Notes:

Medical insurance: if the personal salary of employees is more than 300% higher than the average employee payment of the previous year in Kunming, 300% of the average employee payment of the previous year inKunmingis taken as the calculation base; and 60% of it is taken as the calculation base if lower than 60%.

Classification standard for employment injury insurance: Class I covers banking, securities, insurance, other financial industries, residential service industry, other service industries, leasing industry, business service industry, accommodation industry, F&B, wholesale, retailing business, storage industry, health and social security industry, social welfare industry, culture and art industry and urban public transportation; Class II covers real estate, sports, entertainment, agricultural and sideline food processing, food manufacturing, chemical fiber manufacturing, pharmaceutical industry, electric machinery and equipment manufacturing, special equipment manufacturing, agriculture, livestock and fishery service industry, non-metal mineral product manufacturing industry, hardware, production and supply of electricity and heat; Class III covers coke melting and nuclear fuel processing, chemical raw materials and chemicals manufacturing, ferrous metal metallurgy and rolling processing, non-ferrous metal ore dressing, non-metal ore dressing, coal mining and dressing and other mining industries.
